The Agreement

You agree to these conditions;

• There will be a ten (10%) handling fee which is a one-time-fee.
• There is no interest charge.
• There are no late fees however, failure to make two payments in row will negate this agreement.
• All monies previously paid will be forfeit should the account be negated.
• No payment reminders, or past due notices will be sent out.
• It is your responsibility to make your agreed upon payments on the due date and on time.
• Payments made for less than the agreed amount without prior special approval will be refused and refunded.
• Construction of your purchase will be begin at the half way point of your payment plan.
• Under no conditions will the purchase be shipped until the final payment has been made.
