The Payment Plan

You may request to make payments on any cost over one hundred ($100.00) U.S. dollars.

To request a Payment Plan you must;

• Submit a Request Form with the amount to be deferred and the Item name(s) and Number(s) of the product(s) you wish to purchase.
• Use our Request Form to send your request for consideration.
• Indicate the amount you wish to make as payment.
• An initial down payment of ten (10%) percent is required to start your plan.
• Incorrect information on the above form will delay your request, please double check the form before submitting it.
